Healing With Imagery

healing_imageryTwo especially designed guided relaxation techniques to assist you with mental images for healing or health maintanence. Helps you get back in control if health challenges have created stress and anxiety in your life. Do something positive. Be more involved in your healing process! Allow 4-6 weeks of regular daily use to begin to see change and 8-12 weeks for the maximum benefits. About 48 minutes in duration. 

There two different guided relaxations for healing. You will have a choice to select the best guided relaxation for your requirements. With practice you will get better results. It takes time and practice to learn how to relax. 

Coaching to assist you in developing specific healing visualizations are available, for an additional fee, through the Stress Education Center. Contact the center for more information if you feel that this option is necessary.
