Be the Change! You Have a Choice!

Our world is going through upheaval. Conscious people want to get involved. We have our “pet projects” born out personal need for a cause which is “near and dear to our hearts” and there are many ways to respond. Our “special” cause may require funding and we feel great, temporarily, throwing money at a project. Or, we start organizing and donate time, and possibly money, to the cause which lights a fire in our passion. Many of us feel “Guilty” if we are not matching the money or effort we may see in another person’s contribution. So I ask you, Are You Doing Good Work or Donating Money to FEEL GOOD or to Deal With Your Feelings of Guilt?

Perhaps we can back off a bit. Volunteering time and money for a great social cause is admirable. Worthy of admiration. Is this why we do this? AND, forget politics and political action because it is “politics” which has gotten us into this mess… But, YOU have a choice on how you can change the world! Yes, you can be empowered by choosing to take action! YOU can choose to make yourself the Beacon of Light and Love to guide the people you are Blessed to meet into a higher state of consciousness… One person at a Time! You can show respect and love for every person you interact with. Though this may cost you less time and money, it may serve our world at a deeper, foundational level.

This does not mean to stop volunteering or donating. I am asking that you dive below the surface into Divine Consciousness. Superficial actions look great on the surface. You can get recognition. But, is this what you came here to do? If you get your name on a wing of the hospital, does this make you a better person??? Is your legacy driven by an egoic need to be seen or recognized? If so, Great! But…. Sharing your light in every interaction is a CHOICE You can make. “Be the change you wish to see in our world” means living in integrity with the Divine values. No, I am not trying to share guilt or even pretend that “Divine Values” has a Universal, etched in stone, meaning. I am strongly suggesting that living in acceptance, respect, and mutual love may be worth attempting. AND, “fake it until you make it,” is a great place to start.

It begins with awareness. It may include humility. It definitely includes Knowing that YOU are a Miracle AND so is everyone you meet! There is nothing special about you AND you are the most special soul in the Universe. We are all the same and we are all in this together. Work to Save the World but first save yourself. Be conscious! Choose to live in Love! Be sincere and say “Thank You,” to every person you meet. They are there for You and Your lesson!

YOU have a choice! You can live in a “heart space” or you can live with what you “think” is correct. Thinking is great and the drama this creates is very entertaining! This is what we came into this life to explore. The fun and the drama of living in our 3 dimensional limitations and our human lives. AND, enlightenment may include being most conscious regarding living in the moment and choosing to interact with each person in a respectful and spiritual loving/honoring way. You are unique. You are a Blessing! The very best volunteer work you can ever hope to do includes sharing from your heart the love and the respect you have for each struggling soul you bump up against.

We are here to serve! We are here to support the other pilgrims we meet along our path. Donating time and money to a “Cause” you care about is good. But, being a beacon of love and light is more gooder… (I meant that poor vocabulary to be a lighter way to end this posting. YOU are a Miracle! Thank you for being you!)

Thanks for your time and consideration. Your insights and experiences are unique and a blessing, so please share these…

What Happened to You?

“What happened to YOU?” (Looking at someone’s “unusual behavior” or their “look.”) Yes, that is the question I could be asking instead of leaping into a negative judgement if you are not doing something the way “I” would be doing it. Perhaps I can work on a Total Acceptance with NO Judgement when I do not understand or feel like I agree with someone who cross my field of vision. But, total acceptance takes a special quality that I do not fully possess. So, it feels better to ask an unanswerable question. What happened to you which makes you act or respond the way that you do?

We are all different and have had different influences in our lives. We each came to our current incarnation with special lessons to learn and special lessons to teach… Why we act as we do may be related to our ancestors, or our DNA, or our unique childhood, or something in the environment we grew up within. What can be difficult for our minds to understand is that even with our flaws and imperfections, each one of us is perfect. We are all unique. We are here, in this life, to learn and to grow as we bump into the people and the challenges which we bump into. If someone “pushes your buttons” and “triggers” you, you can get judgmental or you can an ask what happen to them AND what is YOUR lesson for bumping into these seemingly annoying souls. They could be angels and we might not notice because we have been “triggered.”

It is great to attempt to understand why they did what they did. It may be more important and more within our control to attempt to better understand why I was “triggered” and not accepting, neutral, nonjudgmental, and totally in forgiveness. Forgiveness, yes, forgiveness with no need to go back and change the behavior which set me off. I am not saying “turn the other cheek,” I am saying that this judgement may have been triggered by taking MY life TOO seriously. Considering myself to be at the center of the Universe, in a sense. My Insecurity and lack of self love and self-acceptance, has created a sensitivity within me that wants, or needs, to Judge others to feel more in control and to delude myself into thinking that I am “better” than them. Not their equal. Which does not allow me to realize that I am God. I am perfect. I am a miracle. I am JUST like every other soul I bump into. I am unique but I am not “better” than they are. We are all perfect and here to trigger the lessons we need to teach each other until we are conscious enough to know that we are all connected and in this life struggle for higher consciousness, together.

Besides, when I ask what happened to you, I can ask what happened to ME to respond as I do and where is this lesson is supposed to take ME… But, asking “what happen to you?” is more conscious than responding with negative judgment.

In case you need reminding, or you do not remember, yet, YOU are a blessing! You are are perfect! No one could do YOU better than you and you have a unique role in the fabric of the Divine Spirit!

Thanks for your time and consideration. Your insights and experiences are unique and a blessing, so please share these…

Thanks for the Divine, Another Reminder of Gratitude

I went for my walk/hike this morning on a gray, breezy, and damp day. It felt good though a little chilly as I started out to walk in the woods around Lake Padden which is very close to where I live in Bellingham, WA. Today because of the cool weather there were fewer hikers and bikers than can be found on mornings when the weather seems more inviting. Up ahead of me on the trail as I was beginning my first turn around the lake I saw a familiar couple. Dave and his guide dog, Sporty, were out for their regular morning exercise walk. For me, this is a rare treat.

I first met Dave and Sporty a couple of years ago when I walked around the lake on a beautiful morning in the Pacific Northwest. Dave and Sporty caught up with me and passed me, moving at their normally fast pace. I worked to keep up with them and we had a nice visit as we walked the back side of the lake. Dave is a very friendly and articulate man. It is great to visit with him. He told me that he lives in the neighborhood, up the hill from the lake. Though blind, Dave has no problem with the visual disability which he lives with. Dave is NOT a victim in any way! When I try to imagine my life without eyesight, I struggle with this as a possibility. It seems, as a sighted person, to be a struggle I would find very challenging. Dave and Sporty are a high functioning team, in my mind…

When I caught up with Dave, I reminded him of who I was and that we had visited before. Dave knows many of the regular walkers and I have seen him in discussion with many others as I have walked this well used path around the lake. Dave’s positive attitude is infectious. I cherished my brief visit with Dave and Sporty today. I will cherish any future encounter and conversation with Dave and his trusty companion. My walk in the woods was grounding for me, as is usual but it was enhanced by my encounter with this pair of hikers.

An appreciation of each sacred encounter which the Divine provides us stands out as a learning opportunity. Gratitude is what I feel as I consider this beautiful unexpected addition to my day. Consider taking that walk in nature. Ground yourself in the natural beauty. Find appreciation for what you encounter and who you might meet as you walk your path through life… You are a Blessing! Search for Joy and the Divine in every encounter you are blessed to experience.

As I headed home, I did not notice the gray dampness or the chilly breeze. I notice how special each step is when I am fully present and available to cherish the beauty of my world. Miracles surround us, celebrate these in your own way.

Thanks for your time and consideration. Your insights and experiences are unique and a blessing, so please share these…

Special Relationships vs the Holy Relationship

If you were born a human being, you were born to have relationships. You required the support, hopefully the Love, of parents, supporters, and caregivers because you could not survive on your own when you were first born. We learn the good, and the bad, about human relationships in our early years. We grow up striving for “ideal” (and so impossible) “perfect” relationships. Many people, including myself, believe, or have believed, that we can not be “whole” unless we can be defined within a relationship. Hopefully, a “healthy” relationship. We strive for great, supportive friends. We look for healthy supportive family members. We attempt to build healthy, supportive communities to join and participate within. (We can often face the disappointment in the imperfect relationships we “settle” into.)

Eventually, we may come to know that “Healthy” relationships with a partner, family, and friends may hold disappointment or at least, some level of incompleteness. In the study of the Course of Miracles (a professed dictation from Jesus,) these Earthly relationships may be referred to as “Special Relationships.” Our minds and our Egos get caught up in believing that these are worth striving for and without the “perfect” special relationships, we can not find happiness or even “safety.” “The Course” goes on the state that the only “true” relationship is the “Holy Relationship” with the Divine Spirit. We may eventually unlearn the “need” for human attachments and replace this with the connection with the Divine Spirit.

Some highly conscious people might say that “Enlightenment” is the understanding and celebration of your “Holy Relationship” with the Divine. I do not believe that this means we do not honor and celebrate imperfect human relationships, communities, and support. We require human interaction to learn our lessons. We also must be in these relationships to share our stories and to serve our fellow human contacts. We can not learn or grow without the “dramas” which play out as we interact with our fellow pilgrims. The love, the loss, and all the “intimate” interactions we have with the people who surround us are the challenges we have in this life to test out how far we have come in our spiritual evolution.

Where would we be without “sharing” a laugh or tears? Where would we be without making love and possibly risking getting “our hearts broken?” If we take responsibility for our lives, and our deaths, we need to love, and to face loss. We need to assist family to learn and to grow. We need to support and hug friends. One profound series of learnings for me has come from my long relationship with my wife. We had about 30 years together to raise a family and live through the trials of human family relationships. Her terminal diagnosis and the 8.5 years of experiencing cancer taught me many lessons. It made us closer. Her “transition” created a large hole in my life and this has been one of the most important learning experiences of my life… I would not wish this experience on anyone else but I would not trade this experience or the lessons or the memories for anything. Even through the “pain,” I appreciate the gift of my guidance moving my life through these moments and know the value I can share from these challenges. (My story is NOT unique but my lessons were unique and special for me and my development.)

In the study of Mindfulness, we come to learn certain principles which hold truth regarding human relationships. We might work to find Equanimity and know the Impermanence of Human relationships. In so doing we learn to appreciate, without being sucked into, the dramas experienced in interactions. We might find the truth that nothing in our world, and so relationships, are permanent and “ever lasting.” The only permanent thing in our Universe is the unconditional Love which pulses within us from the connection we have with the Divine Spirit. When you remember or “know” this imbedded wisdom you will know your “enlightenment” and your place in the higher consciousness termed (by me) the Divine Spirit.

You are a Miracle! You are a Unique Blessing! Thank you for being you and traveling this path to higher consciousness!

Your Quest to Remember

Maybe, you know your Divine Purpose in traveling through this life. If you are uncertain then be aware that your quest, in this incarnation, is to seek your Enlightenment by working to Remember, who you are and where you have come from. This may sound difficult or confusing. This may sound easy with your path most clearly marked out for you. There will be distractions and for every answer ten new questions may pop up for you but… You are here to Remember that you have come from the Divine Spirit and there you will return after you have the adventures of this lifetime. Your adventures are the lessons and challenges you have to experience to continue your evolution in consciousness AND to serve the other souls you meet to move them further along their path.

Some not so random questions: What do you like best about your work? What do you like best about the positive relationships you have in this life? Chances are you like being of service and finding the positive and supportive experiences you find along your way. Connecting and supporting others is a reward and assists you in accomplishing your “purpose” of serving other pilgrims.

If you are not finding these positive relationships, then let’s ask another question. Do you feel like you “do not fit in?” Perhaps superficial conversations regarding: the weather, or sports scores, or fashion do little to “float your boat.” You feel like something is missing in your life. Perhaps you know that there is something else you could be doing which is more important or significant you would like to commit yourself to. I ask you to search your own soul as you attempt to remember “where you have come from,” where you will return to, and why have you come here NOW to this life at this time?

If you have read this far into this blog, YOU are on a quest to Remember and then to apply the core wisdom you find within your heart and soul. You must find the courage to follow the path less traveled by many others in our culture. Following your heart into service of the Divine is never the easy path but it is the most satisfying in the long run. You are not asked to proselytize a religion or some mind made philosophical belief. You are asked to live as a positive role model, from your heart, and share love and wisdom you remember from your connection as an essential piece of the Universal Divine.

Maybe you are blessed to be conscious of an “awakening experience” (an STE (Spiritually Transformative Experience.)) A momement or an experience where you felt your deep connection with the Divine Spirit and it has moved you to expand your perception on what is possible and how YOU fit into the Divine Spirit’s plan. It may have been subtle and you may not believe it really happened. Or, it may have been a massive shift where it is not questioned but makes you feel like you have been hit with a “crazy stick!” You are not weird or crazy. You are here to answer the “call.” Your perception of your reality is changed forever. (Like a Near Death Experience survivor lives with no fear of death. And, this changes the way life will be lived…)

Do not think you have not had these experiences of awakening. Perhaps you did not trust them. You may have doubted yourself or the experience, BUT, it does not mean you have not been given the gift, and challenge, of seeing a broader consciousness. Everyone has had these moments of connection with the Divine. Your ego and past religious or cultural training has created denial or the barrier for your growth. At some “right time,” you will be ready to accept your “calling.” Then, your new wisdom will become part of the “message” you are asked to share. Tell your story. The “right” people will be blessed to hear your account of this awakening and this will serve their expanded perception. You are a “GIFT!” You are a Blessing! You are a “Master of Your Journey” and a beacon of light in our world! Shine bright! Light up the path for others to follow!

Appreciation Project

It’s time for appreciation and do not keep this a secret! Find the qualities that you have appreciation for and share these with your partner. No matter what relationship experience you are having, express your “Heart Felt” appreciation in words or actions that are genuine. Though it is difficult to find the words to express your deepest feelings, your sincere energy and intent will wrap your words in the love and the appreciation you are expressing. You may even want to stop and also express sincere “Gratitude” for the moment in time and the lesson you are receiving from this interaction.

Origin of word Appreciation: “To realize/recognize the Value of…” and “to express gratitude/thanks”

This was born from a conversation I was having with my mentor, Robert, who described a request to write a card for his grandsons. These notes of appreciation were requested to create a positive avalanche of “positivity” to overcome the cultural judgements which these boys were subjected to in their lives. We can ALL benefit from an avalanche of positive thoughts AND Feelings. Though feelings are not perfectly conveyed by words, short of excellent poetry, we can bask in the love demonstrated by our attempts at genuine appreciation. Every soul you encounter is a miracle and perfect in their own way. Connect with the benefit which is triggered by your interaction and share your feelings of this benefit.

Judgement and ridicule are way to easy in our culture. We have become masters of the isolating defense mechanism which looks for perceived flaws. Even these flaws can be appreciated for the value these can bring, even if these flaws “push your buttons.” Every interaction is sacred and by celebrating these encounters with your partner, you may offer the gift of the deepest appreciation from the learning you experience. Holding back on sharing what you appreciate reduces the value of you being “present” and in gratitude…

You are a miracle! You are a Blessing! You are Loved! Yes, YOU are a Master, whether you know this consciously or not! Minimize your fears, your ego, and your self-criticism and “Remember” where you came from and where you will return as YOU are an important part of the Divine Spirit! You can even learn to laugh at your self-critical thoughts and learn to accept and then change any imperfection you may feel you have, if you find this necessary. We are here to learn and to grow. We have come to raise our consciousness and move, as gracefully as possible, through the challenges our lives present to us. Looking for the positives to appreciate AND sharing these is an act of “Enlightenment” manifesting in this life…

If you want to start a chain reaction of positivity and support, add acts of appreciation to your daily routine. YES, go out and search for, then find, the qualities you most appreciate in 5 people every single day. Actions speak louder than words, so look to most fully acknowledge an “ACT” you witness. An Act of kindness or an act of unconditional support. Appreciate a teacher, or a parent, or a service provider. Live your enlightenment by sharing love and support through your generous appreciation. Try not to look for a medal or a pat on the back. These will will come anyhow. But, look to serve by your generous offer of appreciation. Make this a game to be copied. Make this a project to encourage the good in the world through sincere appreciation.

Saying “Thank You,” in a sincere way, is an act of service which can ripple across the Universe. Simple for sure… I was told recently from a Near Death Survivor that one of his messages in returning to his body was to remember that the challenges of living are the difficult but important lessons which move us most quickly to full conscious enlightenment. SO, look at the interactions which “trigger” you, appreciate these, and know that you are moving forward in our spiritual development. Share your appreciation and Love where possible!

Can you recognize the Value of the interaction and offer gratitude for this benefit to your learning? This might involve being most fully present without crippling judgement or defensiveness… Add this to your awareness as you bump into other souls throughout your day.

You Can Not Make a Mistake By Loving Your Children!

Most parents Love their Children! There is NO way to make a mistake by loving your children. Sometimes a parent may be stressed out or awkward or lose concentration, but barring a life threatening accident, your parenting from a place of Love is a special relationship which feeds both the child and the parent. Even if you can not afford to do something which you have an expectation you would like to be able to offer, NOTHING is more valuable than your protection and your love. Children who lack loving parenting often do not thrive or have challenges to learn from which may make their lives seem more difficult.

You need love. You need touch and affection. You need companionship and connection. You need support. We ALL do! Children require this and maybe even more because they are not always able to create their environment on their own. After air, food, water, and some protection from the environment, every child, in fact, every person needs love. Love comes from human contact (well, maybe pets also.) Connecting with the Divine Love may be not as physically tangible but is needed and exists rather freely. (That is a whole spiritual conversation that is worth having, but not in this blog.)

When your child feels loved they often thrive. When parents are good and healthy role models, their children learn how to be healthy adults. (It is less convincing to have a parent tell their child to not: smoke or drink or do drugs or lie/steal, when the parents model these behaviors.) At best this would be confusing and inconsistent modeling. A parent who smiles, holds, and hugs and kisses their child will be great role models. A parent who gets angry and hits their child, can teach a behavior that would not be the best for cooperation in a crowded world. In my own parenting, I promised to extinguish the hitting discipline like the discipline I was raised with and it worked out very well for my sons.

As an observation, you can not go wrong by offering love. To anyone. At any time. Love is good and nourishes both sides of this exchange. Love can be expressed by a sincere “Thank you.” A show of respect and sincere caring is a blessing which nourishes good in the world. Even if it seemingly is ignored or if your expectation is unfulfilled it is good for the world and you may learn that giving love with expectations and “strings attached” is not always received as you may want… But every person you bump into is a Miracle and can be acknowledged as the Perfect Blessing they are, yes, even if their behavior or appearance triggers you…

Listen to me when I say (and mean):
You are Loved!
You are a Blessing!
You are Safe
You are Free (Yes, you make choices and may be Free/Safe in spirit if you are in the moment and aware and free of the Dramas which we can get caught up in. You are greater than your ego allows you to know. Remember you are the Divine Spirit in a human form…

Do NOT wait to be a parent to share unconditional love. We are ALL children of the Divine. We are all unconditionally loved by the Divine and we can do our part to share this love with everything we bump into along our path.

If you are READY and looking for a supportive community where you can share your story, your wisdom, and grow spiritually in a non-religious environment, consider Masters of the Journey.

Do YOU Need a Spiritual Teacher?

A Teacher, a Guide, a Guru, a Spiritual Leader? Are any of these “right” or needed by you? We all need teachers. In fact, in my mind, every person and experience I bump into is a “Teacher.” But, do I need to sign up for a special person or persons to train me in spiritual consciousness development? Some days I wake up and say “Yes.” Some days I wake up from a night of dreams which were offered to me by my guidance and I say “No” I do not need an external teacher.

Recently, I join in an internet debate regarding the appropriate need or use of external teachers. Some spiritual “practices” request, even demand, that you search for and find the Guru or “Spiritually Developed” person to give you the initiation and practices to join them in their belief system. This often seems like a religious mind-control practice to me, but I am often oppositional in behavior and thought. I have had some of the most profound spiritual awakenings up in the mountains above timber line and as close to “God” as I have been able to get and not a single spiritual “leader” in sight. Maybe due to low oxygen levels or the Zen meditation I performed as I marched high up the trail leaving human chaos far below, I found “insights” and awakening on my own (if you are ever on your own.)

However, I have also sought out people whom I know have held spiritual practices for decades longer than me in my attempt to have some of their knowledge, experience, and wisdom rub off on me. In conversation or just witnessing their stories, my perspective has been stretched and the sparks of consciousness fanned into a bright glow. The causal encounters with people or situations which fill me with Joy have also triggered, not the corrupt thought, but the delightful energy of unconditionally shared love. There is one such “Earth Angel” That I am blessed to get a hug and a smile from, weekly. Her name is Ellen. She is the personification of LOVE and a survivor of Nazi held Norway in the second world war. I hope your life is blessed with the occasional encounters with your own “Earth Angels.”

My Rant: Every person is a miracle. Your interactions with other “Miracles” can produce insights you may be blessed to have, if you are paying attention. Are you fully present and available to this insight? YOU are a Blessing and Perfect the way you are! Your spiritual teaching comes from each interaction you have. Sometimes it brings you amazement and Joy. Sometimes it “triggers you” and you are learning what you would NOT want to do (or to demonstrate to others.)

Living without Judgement and being “open” to the fellow Miracles who cross your path demonstrates your growth in consciousness. (Even if you do not always agree with certain behaviors, these interactions are here for a reason.) Look to be of service as you support your fellow travelers. Every person is a composite of what they bring into this life and the experiences they have found. How they use these foundational backgrounds becomes their unique set of “gifts” they have to offer. Every moment is your teacher!!! Like in school, if you are paying attention you may receive the gift you have been awaiting (maybe more quickly than if you were not paying attention.)

Being available and “in the moment” (mindful) allows necessary learning to occur. For some individuals, at certain times, life learning is enhanced by time and interaction with a highly developed spiritual master who can assist with raising your vibrational patterns. But consider your unique path to avoid the eddy of a cult doctrine which may not be the best learning experience for you. Since we are all “Masters” and have the ingrained wisdom from the Divine within, life experience can help us to “Remember” and can serve as a model for how we can behave in the world in this incarnation.

No matter whether you seek a “teacher” or not, allow your Divine Guidance to create the interactions that raise consciousness and spiritual vibrations throughout our Universe. (And beyond.)

If you are READY and looking for a supportive community where you can share your story, your wisdom, and grow spiritually in a non-religious environment, consider Masters of the Journey.

Distracted by the Loud Voices of Fear!

It is difficult to not be distracted by the small, but loud, voices of fear which our mind uses for self-protection! Rather than being allowed to be undistracted and focused on my path toward higher consciousness, I find myself ruminating on some smaller, myopic event or situation which, in the long run, is simply a test of my ability to be fully present and engaged in a more Universal vision. Sure, I do not want a bus to hit me as I cross the street but after I step back on the curb, is it necessary to turn all my consciousness to that near accident for the rest of the day? Can I return to being more fully “present” and continue down my path of learning and serving the Greater Good?

Can I return to remembering that I am a Miracle and child of Consciousness rather than a victim to fear? Wow, much easier said than done this letting go of fear process!

Fear bubbling up from the past or anxiety regarding the possible challenges we face in the future are two of the largest distractions we experience. Playing the “What if Game” in its negative or fear filled way are so common and for most humans causes us to suffer. Do not think that I am taking a difficult challenge too lightly when I say, “What is the worst that can happen?” For the mind and the ego, we might not physically survived the experience. For our soul, we can know the challenge and say in equanimity, “the worst that could happen is that I die and get to come back into another lifetime.” We come full circle and get to live another lifetime with the pleasures, the joys, the sorrows, and even the painful lessons which make living in human form so wonderful, at least as a learning experience.

I am told by many sources that the thing which is a regret most reported by people in their final transition is that they did not push through their fear and live their emotional and spiritual desires. They played too safe. They went for the “golden ring” of financial success rather than chasing their passion. That they lived up to other people’s expectations and not their own! Try to NOT be the person who on your death bed regrets that they played it too safe or spent too much time chasing financial success BUT missed out the greatest relationships or travel or adventures. But, no worries, you will get to come back and try to remember this lesson so in your next incarnation you will get to choose a path which will lead you to the highest adventures and greatest challenges so you can push the limits and engage in the lessons which will assist you to move closer to 24/7 enlightenment.

Do not “sweat the small stuff.” When you catch yourself ruminating on the petty experiences in life YOU ARE HALF WAY THERE! Yup, you have the “Awareness” that you have chosen to fixate on fear or anxiety. The very next step is to learn to let go. To meditate on BEING FULLY PRESENT! You think this is easier said than done and if you do think this way then you are caught in the trap. The mental/emotional trap which has created this limitation. In an instant, you can let go and find the joy in living even when you find yourself in a painful situation. It is a joy to learn and move through your pain. You have learned a valuable lesson that can assist you AND everyone else you can share this experience with. You are here to serve and it is better to have lived the tough lessons so you have valuable experience to share in the stories you can tell.

So next time you catch yourself being distracted by the LOUD voices of Fear, honor your new awareness, take a deep slow breath and become more fully present. Perhaps even laugh at yourself because you caught yourself cycling again in a petty rumination AND bless the experience as you find the JOY of living most fully. You are a Miracle! You are a Blessing! NO ONE else can do YOU as well as you do you! Your role is to interact with your environment and with the people you bump into in the most conscious way you can find.
